The Chantry of The New World Rose
When I started running Mage in '93 I never expected I'd
end up writing what amounts to a small book based on the actions of my
players. Well, as it turned out I did. Since I'd gone to the bother of
typing it all out I thought I'd stick it out here on the web so that
anyone can use it
The chantry itself is located in San Francisco,
California, on the edges of the arty district known as SoMa. They
started originally as crusaders against the technocracy but within a
fairly short time had realised that in some cases the technocracy held the
high moral ground. Working well with the Progenitors, they helped save
San Francisco from a powerful umbral dstruction (not to mention
destruction in the real world). They continue to live in SF: the
Technocracy know where they live and choose not to destroy them. The New
World Rose cannot move
due to certain material problems with their horizon realm.
