E-mail: president@ubwc.co.uk Loves: Jelly wrestling, Sambuca, Lounge!!! Mission: Waterstarts, carve gybes, less event hangovers and the best fancy dress the world has ever seen. "I joined the club in my first year, and now I'm going into my final year I'm desperate to find a job in Bristol so I can stick around a bit longer! The club is full of amazing welcoming people who make an incredible sport even more fun, theres plenty of trips for all ability levels, and joining is simply the best choice you will make while you're at uni!" |

E-mail: vice-president@ubwc.co.uk Loves: Doom bar Ale, Kiwi Accents, Young Expert Productions (you MUST see this). Mission: Windsurf more with sail attached, bring back Alex Daish, man up in cold waters. "The Windsurf Club here at Bristol really is something else. First of all the sport itself is truly awesome offering endless amounts of fun and adrenaline to surfers of all levels. However, what really makes the club great is just how active it is both in terms of windsurfing and socials. There's never a long break between events so you can get really involved." |

|
E-mail: beginner-rep@ubwc.co.uk Loves: Events, sambuca, tabou boards, ginger beer, windsurfing Mission: Aim to do some planing freestyle, upwind 360, (vulcans way too cliché lol) "I joined the club in my first year and then barely turned up which was a massive error, this year however I've been to loads finding out just how much I missed. Events always involve a bantourus bus trip followed by some ridiculous fancy dress at the killer party on the sat. Go to AK, it will be your funnest weekend away ever... until the next event that is. " |

E-mail: beginner-rep@ubwc.co.uk Loves: Being a massive tool. Mission: To me more of a massive tool. "I'm a massive tool, but because the windsurfing club is so friendly, they took me in and I haven't looked back. Make sure you come to the events, I don't remember any of them, just blackouts." |

I've been windsurfing for 7 years and have never considered stopping, its an incredible sport which somehow brings together adrenaline, speed, and just chilling on the water. This year I look forward to passing on my passion and will hopefully see you all carve gybing in no time." |

The club is full of characters all of which make the club special and like me, you will find yourself drawn back every week to our excellent socials and events. At UBWS we believe in friends, food and Lounge... you might even get to windsurf!" |

E-mail: treasurer@ubwc.co.uk Loves: Pitta bread toasties, (very) light winds and a big board. Mission: To stop being the only beginner on the committee and join the ranks of the intermediates. "I joined windsurfing with many other clubs back in freshers but windsurfing's the only one I kept up with. Get involved as much as possible and come along whenever you can, even if you miss the opening socials, you won't regret it." |

| Kit God - Tess Conway | |
|
E-mail: kit@ubwc.co.uk Loves: Windsurfing (especially if its warm!), partying (especially with windsurfers!) & chocolate (just because!) Mission: To get out on the water as much as possible next year! "I joined the society right at the end of 2008, but instead of being treated like a newcomer within minutes I had been invited on the next trip whilst being plied with shots (Windsurfing and Sambuca are a deadly combination... you'll see!). That's the great thing about this club, the sport is awesome but the people (and the parties) are even better!" |

| IT Guru - Ant Taylor | |
|
E-mail: it@ubwc.co.uk Loves: A good ale, Poole harbour, dears with funny expressions, pickle, touring the country by means of windsurfing events! Mission: To make as many misplaced comments as possible. "I joined the club halfway through first year, only then did I realise how to deal with life. Before I joined UBWC, I was a mere shadow of the man I am today. Also, I've learnt to windsurf. I will say that once you've joined this amazing club: make sure you come on as many events as you can, they're epic. Once you go, you won't settle for anything less of a weekend." |
