a session of shiatsu therapy.
Shiatsu
is a form of hands-on massage therapy originating in Japan. Treatment
takes place fully clothed lying on a futon on the floor. It can help
with a wide range of conditions including headache, backache and
digestive problems. Shiatsu is very relaxing and can also help prevent
the build up of stress in our daily lives.
