Support Process Review

The Support Process Review (SPR) covers a wide and complex range of the support services carried out across the University. The overall vision of SPR is set out in the document A new vision for support of the academic endeavour dated July 2009. The Programme Management Team distilled the vision into seven key objectives to provide a clear focus. Each Process Owner has used these objectives as their starting point for creating plans to transform the service and related structures. The objectives provide the steer for all delivery and define how the success of the SPR programme overall will be measured.

The objectives are all key to the programme and are equally important in the minds of the Process Owners. As the driving force behind the Programme is to reduce cost, this objective is listed first. However, delivering the other objectives should provide a more robust and streamlined support service.
