Understanding fair assessment and the strike

For some of you, your learning and preparation for assessment has been disrupted this year. In recognition we are putting on a number of additional opportunities to support your studies; part of this programme is a set of workshops to help you understand the University's processes around assessment methods, marking, moderation and mitigation. For details of the other opportunities please see here.

Each workshop will cover all the areas outlined above and there will be a general q&a at the end of each session.  Taught students are invited to attend any of the sessions below.

  • 26th April 11:00 - 12:00 - Southwell Street Building: LT2
  • 27th April 15:00 - 16:00 - Priory Road Complex: LT1
  • 30th April 15:00 - 16:00 - 35 Berkeley Square: Helen Wodehouse Building: Wodehouse Lecture Theatre (session most relevant to taught postgraduate students)

There is no need to book - just turn up.
