Regulations and Code of Practice for Educational Collaborative Arrangements

The Regulations and Code of Practice for Educational Partnerships (PDF, 513kB) set out the general principles that underpin the University’s approach to educational collaborative arrangements. The Regulations and Code were revised by the University External Partnerships Review Group and approved by Senate in December 2014. They cover the full life cycle of educational collaborative arrangements - from development, risk assessment and approval; putting in place a written agreement; to delivery and management, monitoring and review; to renewing or ending an arrangement.

The general principles set out in the Regulations and Code cover a wide range of educational collaborative activity, from placements in industry to joint awards and Doctoral Training Partnerships.
