Enhancing the Vision Programme - Access Control and Usability projects
As part of the Foundation phase of the Enhancing the Vision Programme, Access Control and Usability are two projects that have examined and improved the layout, style and navigation of the student records system e:Vision (SITS web view) in addition to the way in which access is requested and approved. Education & Student Process Update meetings
The Education & Student Process Update meeting is held bi-monthly and is attended by the Faculty Education Managers, Student Administration Managers, Graduate Administration Managers and a number of central Academic Registry staff. Process awareness sessions 2012/13
Throughout the education and students cycle there are a number of key processes that take place which affect students and support staff, these include tuition fee generation, enrolment, change of circumstances, unit registration, timetabling, engagement monitoring, exams, marks entry, progression and awards. The printable presentations below give an overview of some of these processes. The next awareness session will be held on Friday 10th May from 12 to 1pm which will cover marks and assessments.
