About the team

The Student Systems and Information Office is responsible for the overall management and support for the University's central records system (SITS) and centralised reporting on student data. This includes the analysis, development and implementation of new functionality. The team is specifically responsible for providing technical support, ensuring that staff are able to complete tasks within SITS / eVision in relation to:


  • Open Days
  • Pre-sessional Applications


  • Online Registration
  • Unit Registration (including OUR)

Fees and Funding

  • Tuition Fees
  • Scholarships
  • Invoices and Credit Notes
  • Accommodation
  • Refunds and Payments
  • Student Loan Company notifications

Management of Student Data

  • Data maintenance tasks - suspensions, transfers and withdrawals
  • Personal Tutors
  • Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks
  • Disability Management

Assessment & Progression

  • Examinations
  • Marks

  • Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS)
