Timetabling Office

The Timetabling Office is responsible for creating and maintaining all taught programme timetables, across all faculties, for both academic staff and students; and responding to requests for timetable changes.

The production of the teaching timetables is organised by faculty and is the responsibility of the Faculty Timetabling and Education Officer.

Change to the teaching day for 2012-13.

The standard hours for teaching at the university have changed.  From 2012-2013 teaching will start on the hour and end at 10 to the hour.  There will no longer be a fixed lunch hour.

The Web Data Collection Tool is now open for 2013-14

Authorised users can now login to Web Data Collection to input teaching delivery information for the 2013-14 academic year

Training and access to the system is being organised by the Faculty Timetabling and Education Officers.

The web site will remain open until the end of the 3rd May, when the construction of the draft timetable will begin.
