Erasmus students

The Accommodation Office are here to help you find somewhere to live if you are coming to study at Bristol as part of the University’s Erasmus programme.

We advise Erasmus students to start looking for private rented accommodation as soon as possible. We recommend that you take a look through our finding private accommodation pages and our Erasmus accommodation factsheet (PDF) and our Finding Accommodation factsheet (PDF). We strongly advise that you do not pay for any accommodation from overseas unless you are 100% certain that the arrangement is genuine, due to the risk of fraud.

To assist you in finding accommodation the Accommodation Office run a house search event, giving you the opportunity to stay in Bristol for three nights to meet other students and to look for accommodation either as a group or individually. It is not suitable for the one semester students.

University-allocated accommodation

Unfortunately Semester 2 Erasmus students are not able to apply for University-allocated accommodation.
