Joining the Telethon team
We are no longer recruiting for the 2011-12 Telethon team. We will be recruiting again in Sept 2012. If you're interested read on to find out more about the job!

- Actively involved with and enjoying university life OR a first year who is enjoying it so far and is keen to get more involved with university life?
Your role as a Telethon Fundraiser is to ask graduates who studied at Bristol for charitable donations towards the University’s Centenary Campaign. In addition you will also inform them about what is currently happening at Bristol and answer any queries that they may have. Learn about projects the Telethon helps to fund.
Working Hours
- Mon to Thurs 18:30 - 21:30
- Saturdays 11:00 - 14:00 & 14:30 - 17:30
- Sundays 13:30 - 16:30 & 17:00 - 20:00
You will be paid at £7.33 per hour plus an extra 12.5 per cent ‘holiday pay’ bonus which will be paid in a lump sum at the end of the campaign on completion of your contract.

How to Apply?
Applications are no longer being accepted for the Spring Telethon. We will be recruiting for 2012-13 in September 2012.
Interviews will be taking place on Tues 17th, Wed 18th and Thurs 19th January.
All successful applicants must attend these training sessions:
- Tues 24th January 18:30 - 21:00
- Wed 25th January 18:30 - 21:00
Plus one of these software training sessions:
- Thurs 26th January 18:00 - 21:00
- Sat 28th January 10.30 - 13.30
