From Wills to Whitehall

The Wills Hall Association would like to invite alumni and friends to join them at the Arthur Graves Memorial Lecture, on Saturday 7 March 2020 at 2 pm.

Kim Slim (LLB 2016, Wills Hall 2013-15), Head of Grenfell Rehousing and Resettlement, Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, will be sharing his journey "from Wills to Whitehall".

Kim has worked on Grenfell recovery for over 2 years and previously worked for the Minister for Children and Families in the Department for Education. He will discuss his journey from Bristol law student to British civil servant, the challenges of working in domestic policy in a fluid political environment and managing the Government’s response to the tragic fire at Grenfell Tower in June 2017.

This event is open to all students, staff and alumni. It will be followed by tea and cake.
