The 2014 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Convocation will take place on Saturday 5 July 2014. The agenda and papers will be published here two weeks before the meeting.
Any member of Convocation who wishes to bring forward any business at the meeting should notify the Clerk to Convocation in writing (alumni@bristol.ac.uk or at the address at the bottom of this page) three weeks before the meeting.
The 2013 Annual General Meeting of Convocation took take place on Saturday 6 July 2013 at 11.15, in the Reception Room, Wills Memorial Building, Queen's Road, Clifton, Bristol BS8 1RJ. The minutes of the meeting are published below in draft and will be tabled for approval at the 2014 AGM.
