Website help
- Who can I contact with an enquiry?

- How do I update my details?
When logged in, follow the update your details link in the main navigation.
- How do I find my password?
Follow the log in link and from there the 'Get password/User ID' link.
- How do I change my password?
Log in and use the change password form accessible from the 'Update your details' link.
- What is an activation code:
You cannot register without an activation code. This should have been mailed to you and is also printed on the front of the alumni update form. If you have not received an activation code or have lost it please email alumni-web@bristol.ac.uk with your name, year of graduation, date of birth and current address, and we will post it to you. We are unable to email activation codes for security reasons. If you are a current student and about to graduate you may use your student id as an activation code.
