If you are currently studying to be a healthcare professional, or enrolled on any other applied medical or veterinary sciences programme where you feel that you and your peers may benefit from a practical anatomy session, please discuss this with your course leader as they may be able to arrange a session for your group.
Alternatively, if you would like to sign up to a course as an individual, we run a Human Anatomy Refresher Course.
Undergraduate anatomy teaching at Bristol, whether on internal or external courses, takes the form of small group teaching by medically qualified Anatomy Demonstrators, using cadaveric prosections, bones, models and medical imaging. We place an emphasis on appreciating the 3D structure of the human body, identifying anatomical structures and relating anatomy to clinical applications. The courses are very much 'hands-on' - students are encouraged to handle specimens.
We will design a course specifically to suit your needs. This could be as little as a single morning, or a week long course. Cost
