The University makes unconditional and conditional offers. An unconditional offer means that you are guaranteed entry. A conditional offer means that we will offer you a place as long as you obtain specified grades in your forthcoming exams.
The official offer is the one you see on UCAS Track. Please read it carefully and contact us if there is anything you don't understand.
If you have received replies from all of your university choices by 31 March, you will need to make your decision by 9 May (for UK and EU students, 7 June for non-EU). You may select one firm choice and one insurance choice in case you do not meet the terms of your firm choice.
Your insurance choice should require lower grades than your firm choice in case your exam results are lower than expected.
More information about responding to offers is available on the UCAS website.
If Bristol is your firm choice and you meet the terms of your offer, you will be guaranteed a place. You will also be eligible for University accommodation under the terms of the accommodation guarantee.
If Bristol is your insurance choice and you meet the terms of your offer (but not those of your firm choice), you will be guaranteed a place. This will be confirmed on UCAS Track. We cannot guarantee you an offer of accommodation, but we will do our best to help you find a place to live. More information is available on our accommodation website.
