The Bristol Colloid Centre closed at the end of 2010 after 17 years at the University of Bristol. We would like to thank all the friends, supporters, staff and customers that worked with and for the BCC over those years and made it the ground breaking success it was. We worked with over 500 companies on over 860 projects in this time, a remarkable achievement.
BUT THAT'S NOT THE END OF THE STORY!
In 2011, two former BCC staff members, Dr Keith Bean and Dr Claire Jenkins, launched a new company, Formumetrics Ltd.
Formumetrics is a scientific consultancy group with dedicated laboratory facilities and staff. It is located at the new Bristol and Bath Science Park, SPark, which opened in September 2011.
Formumetrics works across market sectors including pharmaceutical, personal care, household goods, oil products and exploration, engineering, cements...
