Careers Fairs - 2012/2013

Careers Fairs are an excellent opportunity to meet employers and find out about graduate and work experience opportunities. The following careers fairs are open to all years and disciplines.

• Come along to find out about graduate jobs, vacation, gap year and further study opportunities
• Information about how to research employers
• Preparing for the fairs hints and tips (PDF, 316 KB)
• Suggested questions you could ask employers and 'opening lines' (PDF, 931 KB)
• Find out more about local part time work, the Bristol PLuS Award, and the UOB Internship Scheme
• Careers information and free career publications available during the day
• Events held over two days have different employers attending each day

Summer Careers Fair, Wednesday 8 May

• Time and Venue: 12.00 - 3.00pm, Merchant Venturers Building , Woodland Road Road, Clifton, Building 25 on the University precinct map
• Open to all year groups and disciplines
• Come along to research different employment industries
• Find out about graduate, internship and work experience opportunities
• Final year student? Not sure what next? Come along and discuss your options with someone on the Careers information desk

Autumn Events 2013

Below are the dates for the upcoming careers events in Autumn 2013. These events are open to current students and University of Bristol graduates. More information will follow, please check back for updates.

• Investment Bank and Management Consultancy Evening - Monday 7 October
• Autumn Careers Fair - Tuesday 15 and Wednesday 16 October
• Engineering & IT Careers Fair - Tuesday 22 and Wednesday 23 October
• Careers with a Science degree - Wednesday 30 October
• Law Careers Fair - Wednesday 6 November and Thursday 7 November
