Careers advice
One-to-one 15 minute sessions can be booked with a Careers Adviser. Call in on the day you want an appointment. Get your CV or application form checked or receive guidance on how to prepare for an interview. We also run workshops on interview skills, CVs and application forms. See the events section for more information.
Information available at the Careers Service
A JobShop officer will be on the Welcome Desk on Wednesday afternoons and Friday mornings to answer your queries about working during your studies.
The Careers Service provides a wealth of resources including a catalogue of employer and occupational information available in print and electronic format, as well as details on 'getting started', 'further study and funding' and 'work and study abroad'.
