Background and aims of the conference
The Intercalators' Conference is organised by the Applied and Integrated Medical Sciences Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (AIMS CETL) at the University of Bristol. The aim of the Conference is to provide a forum for current intercalating students (and those who have intercalated within the previous two years) to celebrate achievements in their research projects, and to discuss their intercalation experiences. The National Intercalators' Conference is integral to a project that aims to enhance the role of intercalated degrees in medical education. So far four Conferences have been held (2007 - 2010).
