
The AIMS Seminar Centre consists of a suite of four rooms:
Seminar Rooms 2a and 2b are separated by a folding partition and can be combined to seat 48 Lower floor Reception / Meeting Room, seats 10. This room is equipped with self-catering hot drinks facilities (the room can only be booked in association with other room bookings)
Normal layout of all seminar rooms is theatre style with writing tablets attached to chairs but can be rearranged to users' specification. All seminar rooms are equipped with data projector, overhead projector and write-on white boards (both wall-mounted and portable). All rooms have adjustable comfort cooling and pleasant views over the city. WC facilities (including disabled) are adjacent and there is a lift as well as staircase between floors.

The AIMS Seminar Centre is located in the Cantock zone of the University main precinct. A precinct map is available to download. Public car parks (P) are indicated on this map; note that parking in the University precinct is restricted to permit holders.
Access to the AIMS Seminar Centre is from Tankards Close, via Cantock [or 'Indecision'] Steps, which run between buildings 16 (Medical Sciences) and 20 (Engineering) on the map below. At the base of the steps, head slightly left across the patio; the entrance to the building is to the right of the glass-enclosed spiral staircase. Alternative, disabled access is also available; further information can be obtained from either of the contacts listed above.
