Biography

Jenny graduated in July 2004 from the University of East Anglia with a first class BSc(Hons) in Chemistry.

She then moved to the University of Bristol and studied organometallic and mechanistic chemistry under the supervision of Professor Guy Lloyd-Jones.

She was awarded her PhD in November 2007. At this time, Jenny moved to the group of Professor Kevin Booker-Milburn, where she worked as a Postdoctoral Research Assistant, focusing on palladium chemistry.

In April 2009, Jenny headed the organisation of the School of Chemistry’s Inaugural Postdoctoral Research Symposium.
