SIMSUG 2019 will take place from Wednesday 26th to Friday 28th June, 2019 and will be hosted by the Organic Geochemistry Unit (OGU), School of Chemistry, University of Bristol. SIMSUG brings together scientific users, engineers, manufacturers, and suppliers of mass spectrometry equipment to discuss new applications and developments in stable isotope research and analytical instrumentation.

SIMSUG 2019 Location
SIMSUG 2019 will be hosted by the Organic Geochemistry Unit (OGU), School of Chemistry, University of Bristol.
The campus is located 2 miles from Bristol Temple Meads railway station. Buses run frequently to and from the train station. Please note there is no parking available on site and the area surrounding the University is permit parking (pay and display). However there are several multi-storey car parks within walking distance to the university.
On the evening of Thursday 27th June, the SIMSUG 2019 conference meal will be held at The Pavillion in the Bristol Zoo Gardens. Bristol Zoo Gardens is the fifth oldest zoo in the world. It opened its doors to the public on Monday 11th July 1836 and since then has welcomed over 90 million guests. The zoo has helped save over 175 species from extinction in human care and in the wild. Currently the zoo works on conservation and research projects across the world, from the Phillipines, South Africa and back to our very own door step, the River Avon.
University accommodation does not become available until after the conference but there are plenty of B&Bs and hotels within walking distance from the University:
