Management in Public Services
Friday 30 April 2010
The Boardroom, BIPA, 2 Priory Road, Bristol, BS8 1TX
Conference Organiser: Deborah Wilson
How public services are managed, and how their management affects public service outcomes, will come under increasing scrutiny as budgets are squeezed through the 2010s by national and local governments. This one-day workshop considered evidence on the effects of alternative management practices across a range of public service contexts, including hospitals, children's services and not-for-profit organisations.
Co-funded by CMPO and the ESRC Public Services Programme
