Automatic Detection of Unconfigured Browsers

It is important that Web browsers be configured to use the local Web Proxy Service in order to minimise charges for international network traffic.

You should have arrived at this page after clicking on a "Nag Panel" image similar to this:

The actual image you clicked should only be visible on browsers running within the University of Bristol, and then only if the browser is not already configured to use the proxy service.
