Foundation Degree in Counselling

For new entrants from 2011 the FdSc in Counselling taught by the City of Bristol College (CoBC) will no longer be awarded by the University of Bristol.  Arrangements for a new degree awarding University for this excellent programme are currently under advanced negotiation. We anticipate the programme will continue to be taught by CoBC in Bristol under the management of the CoBC team, but with a different qualification awarding University.

As discussions are not yet concluded the University which will be taking over cannot be named, but we anticipate being in a position to make an announcement well before Christmas after which we anticipate that the new validating University and CoBC will be inviting applications. At this stage our advice is to register your interest with CoBC direct, so that they can inform you as soon as application processes open.
