Current postgraduates
The Bristol Doctoral College facilitates and supports doctoral training and researcher development across the University. We work with doctoral students in all Schools, Institutes and Centres for Doctoral Training. Our principal aims are to:
- Support postgraduate researchers in their world-class research with comprehensive skills training;
- Guide postgraduate researchers towards a successful future career, whether in or outside academia;
- Ensure students feel part of the Bristol Doctoral College community and to integrate postgraduate students with the wider academic community;
- Provide postgraduate students with an understanding of the benefits of being part of a major academic institution, alerting students to the range and breadth of additional services on offer.
