This network focuses on handheld technologies such as PDAs, Smartphones, mobile phones, play stations and MP3 Players and how they can support teaching and learning. It opened in April 2006 with a series of three workshops funded by the Institute of Advanced Studies at the University of Bristol.

Announcement: we have received funding for three more workshops.

The 12th workshop in the series: "Going mobile: barriers, successes and staff development in technological change" will take place on December 7th 2010.
