We are planning to have a workshop dinner on the evening of Tuesday 6th of April (Details to follow)
This is the 2nd in a series of Workshops looking at the use of Focused Ion Beam etching technology in Photonics and related fields. In particular the workshop hopes to explore methods to reduce the effects of FIB induced damage.
Topics will include fabrication and measurement of devices in the following areas :
Nanophotonics
Photonic Crystals
Sensors
Lasers
Integrated Optics
Integrated Quantum Photonics
Quantum Optics
Plasmonics
Optomechanics
PhoNonic Crystals
Confirmed Invited Speakers :
Dr. Eric Bourhis, CNRS, France : "FIB nanostructuring of slits for surface waves generation"
