Personal profile

Fangming Xu is a Senior Lecturer in Finance. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Cass Business School and an MSc in Finance from the University of Durham. His primary research interests include empirical corporate finance and asset pricing with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and financial market risks.
