Noor Farizah is a PhD student in School of Economics, Finance and Management at the University of Bristol since 2014. Her doctoral research focuses on mining and exploring user-generated contents and user engagement in online brand communities using big data. Her research interests include social media, online community engagement, natural language processing, machine learning, social network analysis, online retailing, information system and technology management.
