93% of Engineering research (UoA15, including Aerospace, Civil, Electrical and Electronic, Engineering Maths and Mechanical Engineering) was judged to be 'world leading' or 'internationally excellent'.
87% of Computer Science research (UoA11) was judged to be 'world leading' or 'internationally excellent'.
Results are from the most recent Research Excellence Framework 2014, conducted by HEFCE.
