The Industrial Liaison Office can discuss a range of engagement with companies, including:

  • Internships
  • Mentoring engineering students
  • Industry involvement in Faculty teaching
  • Funding student prizes, scholarships and bursaries
  • How best to recruit engineering students for your company
  • Developing academic projects for students
  • Arranging site visits for students
  • Starting discussions about research collaboration and funding postgraduate students (see also RED website)
  • Funding academic positions in the Faculty
  • International internships
  • Departmental Industrial Advisory Boards
