My research has been in leading the theorisation and development of a generic praxis of learning for performance in a complex world, which systemically integrates divergent imperatives for effectiveness: the personal and the public, identity and performance, agency and structure. The praxis is measurable, evidence based and practitioner research driven. What makes it uniquely relevant is that it enables people to able to engage mindfully, wisely and profitably with new learning opportunities over their lifetime and so prosper in conditions of increasing complexity, uncertainty and risk.
