Re-storeThe University has launched a new Reuse website called RE-STORE The website aims to increase reuse within the University for two reasons to minimise waste generated and reduce the University expenditure on items like furniture and office sundries. To view our new site and see whether there are any items you require please go to http://estates.bris.ac.uk/restore You will need to register if you want to view all the items available or to place any surplus items you may have on the website. |
Re-use is the best option for unwanted furniture. If you have surplus furniture we will help you find the best available disposal option for it, this may mean reuse or recycling. To help us do this please give us as much notice as possible; ideally one month or more before the items need to be disposed of.
If the item cannot be reused it could be recycled, to do this you can use either of the below contractors
