Tins and Cans

Food tins, drink cans, aluminium foil and metal lids can be recycled in labelled bins located in communal areas such as cafeterias and staff kitchens. If you do not have a bin please contact: Sustainability-estates@bristol.ac.uk

Please ensure that all food tins are rinsed and drink cans are empty before placing them in the recycling bins. These items are recycled in the UK, which saves 95% of the energy and carbon emissions of not recycling these items
