Equality and Diversity annual reports

The University is subject to a great deal of equality-based legislation covering age, gender (including gender reassignment), disability (including mental health), race, religion or belief, and sexual orientation as they relate to current and potential staff and students, as well as visitors to the University. Since much of the legislation is now focused on outcomes, the Equality and Diversity Annual Report is intended to evidence the steps that the University is actively taking to promote equality of opportunity and eliminate unlawful discrimination.
