Support and training

Practices

Tools

We work with a wide range of tools and technologies, here are details about those widely used. See about levels of support for more on the difference between "fully supported" and "more support available".

Fully supported

Some support available

  • Camtasia - for live presentations and creating video tutorials
  • Turning Point - the most popular e-voting system at the university

Training

We provide a range of training and support for individuals and groups including: individual consultations, workshops (upcoming workshops and booking / all the workshops we offer), and modules in the TLHE and TLHP programmes.

Support

Contact us with questions for our dedicated Blackboard helpdesk, support issues, queries about e-learning, and requests for individual consultations. We'll reply as soon as possible.

(You can still use bb-help@bristol.ac.uk - both email addresses go to the same place in TOPdesk.)
