Levels of support
The following describes what is meant by the two levels of support available.
Level 1 - Fully supported
- Tool has been formally adopted by the University
- There is no cost associated with its use for University members
- A training workshop is usually available
- Tailored workshops may be available on request
- Online resources and guidance are likely to exist
- Helpdesk support is available (e-learning@bristol.ac.uk)
- Individual consultations are possible
Level 2 – Advice and guidance
- At least one member of the e-learning support staff has in-depth knowledge of this software
- Help, advice and training is available on a case by case basis (contact e-learning@bristol.ac.uk)
- Online resources and guidance may be available
- There may be a cost associated with use of this software
