The following 'HOW TOs' section provides a quick reference to the Reporting functionality of Questionmark.
In Reporting there are different types of reports you can run, for example
|
report name |
generates results on |
|---|---|
| a single assessment | |
| individual participants | |
| Question Statistics Report | questions statistics |
Log onto Enterprise Reporting > Enterprise Reporter> Select one of the reports from the available list.
Questionmark provides a set of default templates that you can use, these can be instantly edited to generate a specific set of information or alternatively it is possible to create a customised template, this is recommended for generating the same set of information for every assessment.
For information on how to create a customised report template see Enterprise Reporter.

I have run an export for excel but the report does 'nt contain any data
This may be due to several reasons:
- Assessment name: check that you have selected the correct assessment, if the assessment name has been changed you will need to either enter the original name or search by the assessment 'ID'
- Filter selected: If you add the group name make sure that this has not been changed and that the participants you need to run the report on are members of that group
- Open assessment: local administrators don't automatically have access to 'all results' but this permission is necessary to run report on open assessment. Please email e-learning to request access to all results.
Is it possible to batch generate coaching reports and send them to the students via Email Broadcasting?
It is possible to batch generate coaching reports for a group of students on an individual assessment but it is not possible to email all reports to a group of students via email broadcasting.
I am trying to run a report for an individual assessment but the system takes very long before returning a list of results.
This is due to the fact that there are too many results stored in the system. It is recommended to apply one of the filters in the date tab, i.e. this year, this month, from ...to.
I need to run a report on a students who is no longer enrolled on the system, is this possible?
Yes it is. In Enterprise Manager, Enterprise Reporter is separate from System Administration. Results are not automatically deleted from the system at the end of each academic year so it is possible to run reports on participants who have taken a test in the past but are no longer enrolled on the system.
Can I generate information such as the 'ip address' and 'time taken'?
Yes you can. To generate this information go to the report start page and click the 'edit' button on the right hand side. Select the boxes 'ip address' and 'time taken' and then click and 'save and view'. If you need to generate the same information for all your assessment it is recommended to create a new template in Enterprise Reporter.
Can I run a report on the participants who have not taken the test?
No, this is not possible. If you have set up individual schedules the easiest way to identify the participants who have not taken the test is to look in Scheduling, in case of a group schedule you 'll need to generate a report to identify the participants who have not taken the test.
Is it possible to run a report on the 'first' attempt when I give my students three attempts in the schedules?
There is no report available in Enterprise Manager that can generate a report on the first attempt. The system records every attempt a participant uses, the first attempt will need to be identified by the date in the excel spreadsheet.
Where can I find out more information about the type of data that can be generated in Enterprise Reporter?
The Questionmark';s own guide on Enterprise Reporter provides detailed information about each type of report you can run including examples of the data that can be generated in each report.
