The US Department of Education requires that all students taking out a Direct Stafford and/or Grad PLUS loan complete exit counselling in the following circumstances: upon graduation; dropping to below half-time enrolment status; or withdrawing. To begin the exit counselling session, please go to the following website www.studentloans.gov.
