Typically, a Q-Step intern would help you to design and undertake a project with a quantitative research element. For example, previous Q-Step interns have gathered, analysed and/or presented quantitative data in a range of ways. Notably, while a Q-Step Intern's focus should remain quantitative, some qualitative and general work can also be undertaken.
Funding is available for all Q-Step Internships.
For more information, including a step-by-step guide to the application and recruitment process, please refer to our Q-Step Information Sheet (PDF, 103kB) and Q-Step Application Form (Office document, 50kB). Applications are currently taken on a rolling basis.
The Economics, Finance and Management (EFM) Internship scheme provides funding and support for organisations to take undergraduate students for internships in the summer of 2019. The internships should be closely related to one of the EFM academic disciplines – Economics, Accounting and Finance, and Management – so that students gain academic as well as career-related insight.
Funding is available and will depend on the size and type of your organisation. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss this further.
For more information, including a step-by-step guide to the application and recruitment process, please refer to our EFM Information Sheet (PDF, 131kB) and EFM Application Form (Office document, 52kB). We are currently taking applications for summer 2019.
