Postgraduate students

The Geographies of Political Economy research group has a lively PhD student community, including Aisling Gallagher (ESRC), Birgul Kutan (ESRC), Catherine Downy (ESRC), George Bristol (Commonwealth scholarship), Naomi Millner (ESRC), Nicholas Soucek (ESRC), Sam Kinsley (ESRC), Kim Ward (GWR and North Devon Council) and Simon Moreton (ESRC). The employment record of recent graduates has been excellent, with recent PhDs now working at universities such as Nottingham (Sarah Hall), Lancaster (Nick Gill), Massey (Russell Prince) and Aberystwyth (Jess Pykett), and in the broader public sector (Lucy Hood, Brent Borough Council).
