Check your eligibility
You need permission from your school and must meet their academic requirements for students participating in study abroad; most schools will have a minimum average mark requirement from your first year of study at Bristol. Please check with your Study Abroad Academic Director for further information.

Whether you go for a year or a semester it's important to do some research before deciding on which universities you are interested in studying at. Consider:
- which country are you interested in?
- which university is best for your academic interests?
- what are your limitations? i.e. costs, term dates, travel distance
