The university is investing £100,000 between August 2013 to July 2014 to fund new and nascent collaborations between the University of Bristol and Kyoto University. Applications are welcome from postgraduates and researchers from all faculties.
The Building Global Engagements in Research (BGER) grant was funded by the EPSRC. It has enabled international activities that exceeded our expectations with over 50 Bristol academics involved as well as many students. A leaflet report that highlights some of the grant's successes is now available to download.
