UCU Bristol Local Association

Welcome

The University and College Union (UCU) was formed on the 1st June 2006 by the amalgamation of the AUT (Association of University Teachers) and NATFHE (National Association of Teachers in Further and Higher Education).

UCU represents further and higher education lecturers, managers, researchers and many academic-related staff such as librarians, administrators and computing professionals across the UK. It currently represents around 120,000 members in universities and colleges throughout the UK.

Bristol UCU has approximately 1000 members.

Our AGM took place on Wednesday 15 May 2013.  All papers - including the President's overview of the year - are available from here.
