Two recent students of the Department have received academic appointments this week. Dr Isabella Jackson, who did her BA and PhD at Bristol, has secured a permanent lectureship at the University of Aberdeen, while Dr Susan Flavin, who did an MA and PhD here, has just received an appointment for a three-year post at Trinity College Dublin. We offer our congratulations to both.
