What is Change management?

Considering from the start how your project will depend on and impact people will lead to a much higher likelihood of your project working.

Change management is a term for the set of activities focused on working with and preparing people for the change that will be driven through by a given project.

Events and further support

We run a number of sessions and events for staff and managers on the process of change and its impact.

Visit our events and support page.

Active University projects

The University is going through a period of change, largely as a result of current financial pressures on the higher education sector and the prevailing economic climate.

Information about our change programmes and messages from senior management can be found on the new University change website.
