We have developed this toolkit to provide a systematic and structured approach that can be applied to any change taking place within the University. It is intended to be a flexible guide which focuses on the 'people' aspects of change and we hope it will provide those leading and managing change with useful guidance, templates and problem-solving tools to help achieve effective change. It is not a rigid set of instructions and is equally relevant to small and large projects.
