This new, one day interactive workshop gives early career researchers the opportunity to explore the challenges and rewards of interdisciplinary research and to gain practical experience of generating and developing ideas with researchers from a range of disciplines.

There will be two half day session for leaders and managers of staff. They will be run by an external consultant whose specialist area is small and large-scale organisational change. Participants will explore the nature of change generally and then focus on specific changes facing leaders and managers.
